Krishan Sony, the Haryana State champion, asserted his supremacy in Orissa by winning the senior title in the 7th All-Orissa Open Kalinga Chess Tournament, which concluded at OASA Bhawan here today. Local boy Subhranshu Mohan Satapathy claimed the junior title. Over 100 players vied for honours in the tournament, which was organised by Kalinga Chess Academy. International woman hurdler Anuradha Biswal gave away the prize at the closing function.
